Shipping within European Union
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Normally, the shipment takes 5-7 business days to reach its destination.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All shipments are sent from our factory in Slovenia (EU).
Shipping within countries in European Union is free of charge.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
PRO SKI Simulator is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All prices are stated for EU area and include local VAT. International customers are not subject to this tax, however you might be liable for import taxes and local duties. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase or return the package, you may do so within 14 days from receiving your products. To cancel your purchase, please contact our support at +386 41 600 211. When the cancellation is confirmed, you will be provided with a return form, which will enable you to return the product(s) free of charge.
